Rep. Chip Roy says conflict and tensions are necessary to address dysfunction in Congress

Rep. Chip Roy feels that temporary conflict is necessary to help Washington fix issues that are important to the American people. He said that instances such as the conflict between Mike Rogers and Matt Gaetz can actually help bring everyone to the table.

“We need a little of this sort of breaking the glass in order to get us to the table – in order for us to fight for the American people,” he remarked.
