Hey everyone, it's Joe from @bringthesmoke here and I'm excited to share my latest video with you all. In this video, I accepted a challenge from Jeremy Yoder from @madscientistbbq to smoke a pigs head cuben style. I even made a marinade injection to add some extra flavor. This video is edited from a two part 4 hour live stream, so you won't want to miss it!

But that's not all, I also ran a failed experiment of a hot and fast brisket just for fun. It's always important to try new things and learn from our mistakes, right?

After completing this challenge, I had a challenge back to Jeremy Yoder, which is to make a Beef Wellington entirely on an offset. Maybe we can even get Gordon Ramsay @gordnramsay to review it!
