Full-Frame (FF) vs Crop - In general FF takes better pictures in low light and it has a better dynamic range (ability to capture more gradients in highlights and shadows without loosing details in one or the other). Crop frame in general is a little bit more budget friendly, giving more features for the same price. Crop can also give you a little more reach with your lens because of the cropping in factor. Some wildlife/sports photographers like crop for the reach while others like full for the better low light image quality. That said the lines are getting blurred. There are some very pro crop cameras and some very basic FF these days. In the end it might come down to features more than image quality. You can use FF glass on crop frame cameras but you can not go the other way around.

Disclaimer, I have done my best gathering this information and checking it for accuracy, that said please do your own checks before buying. Sometimes there's different information on different sights for the same cameras. So be sure you know what your getting before you buy :)
