Stationary Flashing Object Filmed Again by Jason Suraci - What Could it be? Pulsar Maybe?

So Jason sent some more footage in for me to review. It was around 12 minutes or longer of this flashing object that seems to be stationary.

Both Jason and I have been pretty miffed by this one for quite sometime so we reached out to Mobius to find out what he thought about what it could be last night.

Mobius mentions that his guess would be that it's likely a pulsar. So I went and found an educational video surrounding what a pulsar is and have attached it to the end of this video. It meets the criteria of what we're seeing for sure. While I believe I also noticed some flashes further off beyond the area this original flasher is being filmed in.

A lot of folks have commented and mentioned they too have also seen this kind of stuff in the skies! perhaps this is what we've all been seeing?
