McCarthy elected Speaker. What did we get for the holdout?

Let's discuss what the whole hold out got us. Will it matter? Will the RINOS keep up their end of the bargain? Also Hannity had Gaetz and Loebert on his show to extend an olive branch? I think he saw the same reaction to his interview that we did.
