Hi everyone, how's it going?

I've been doing a lot of online shopping lately, and let me tell you, it's a whole different experience. It's like, you add something to your cart and suddenly you're getting emails from the company asking if you're okay and if you need any help. It's like, no, I just wanted to buy this thing, I didn't suddenly become a hostage.

And have you noticed how when you order something online, it always says "estimated delivery date" and not "promised delivery date"? It's like, thanks for the disclaimer, I was really counting on that package showing up on the exact day you said it would.

And don't even get me started on the return policy. It's like they make it impossible to return anything. They give you like a million reasons why it's not eligible for a return. It's like, I just wanted to exchange this shirt because it's the wrong size, I didn't steal it from a museum.
