Cold

One of the unique finds the last time temperatures dropped was an area that must have forgotten to turn off their sprinkler system. Although the cold did not last, the sight of frozen grass melting in the morning light was mesmerizing. I quickly rushed over and began taking pictures, doing my best not to disturb the green ice. Like many things in nature, even extreme weather can reveal beauty that can be stunning, brief and beautiful.

The wonder of nature never ceases to amaze. Even a cold snap provides inspiration for the world through shimmering fields of grass; turning a cold winter landscape into a sparkling array of beauty. Onwards! +
