In this delicious eggplant and zucchini pizza, tomato sauce and melted cheese combine with eggplant and zucchini to create a wonderful pizza-like experience.

It's also easy to make. Simply fry eggplant and zucchini slices, cover them with tomatoes and cheese, then pop them in the oven for a short while to melt the cheese.

Ingredients for eggplant and pumpkin pizza

Slice eggplant into rings

Slice zucchini into rings

Add a teaspoon of salt to each

Add half a teaspoon of red pepper to each

mix

Mix an egg

Roll the green zucchinis and eggplants in flour and egg yolk

Fry the green pumpkins and ringed eggplants in a pan

Cut two tomatoes into rings

Add three spoons of yogurt

Half a spoon of salt

A spoonful of chopped parsley

2 cloves of chopped garlic

Arrange the green pumpkins and ringed eggplants in the oven tray

Add the yogurt mixture to them

Arrange the tomatoes on the zucchini and eggplants

Pour some mozzarella cheese on the tomatoes

Place In the oven at 100 degrees for 20 minutes
