[MAME] Ganbare Goemon (early emulation)

Goemon was 2nd on that poll I put up after Pepsiman, so here we go.

This one is being run on MAME .251 but the compatibility does not seem changed much from prior versions. The main issues are graphical bugs, notably the coin position and layerings.
