This type of Potato cake is a traditional dish of the Middle East that is prepared using potatoes and eggs.

It is easily cooked in a pan or oven and can be used as a main meal for dinner or snack or in the evening.
Potato patties with mushrooms, potatoes, carrots, and bell peppers mixed with eggs and fried in a pan.
This dish is simple to cook and a cheap dish.

How to prepare Potato cake with mushrooms and vegetables:
Ingredients for 4 people
Potatoes: 7 pieces
Salt: Two teaspoons
turmeric: a teaspoon
Eggs: three
Vegetable oil: one cup
Medium onion: one
Green bell pepper: one
Carrots: One
Mushrooms: one hundred and fifty grams
1 teaspoon salt
Curry powder: a teaspoon
Thyme powder: one teaspoon
Tomato paste: a tablespoon
Part One
Pour onion, spices, bell peppers, and chopped mushrooms into slices in a pan and fry completely.
Part II
Peel a squash, grate it and boil it.
When the potatoes are cooked, take them out of the pot and grate them.
Part III
At this point, pour a little vegetable oil into the pan and put it on the heat to heat.
Then mix the grated potatoes with the eggs and pour half of it into the pan.
Pour all the previously fried vegetables and mushrooms on the potatoes and eggs in the pan.
Now pour all the remaining potatoes and scrambled eggs on the vegetables and mushrooms in the pan and smooth the surface of the patties.
Part IV
After the bottom surface of the patties is fried, turn it gently so that the other side of the patties is also fried and is completely cooked inside.
Put the Potato patties in a suitable container.
Then serve with some tomatoes, parsley, and various desserts with bread.
