The young mother claims she was insulted and bullied for using WIC payments on her groceries and Target app rewards points to buy a coloring book for her child, Willow. When a POS system error prevented Gia from using her Target store credit points to complete the transaction, she claims that two managers intervened and began shouting about her WIC status. WIC stands for the Special Supplemental Nutrition Program for Women, Infants, and Children.
