The Spike Volleyball - S-Tier Sanghyeon Preview - His (Current PC) Special Ability Explained

Sanghyeon is coming to mobile soon, and I don't know when, so don't ask. This is his current special ability on the PC version of the game. I hope it is going to be buffed. Visually, he looks great, but the ability doesn't really change much about the game play, and that's my biggest complaint about it.
