Colfax AoG Christmas Sermon Jan01 - What makes a Significant Christian Life

When I was placing wreaths on the veterans graves, for "wreaths across America" I would look at the grave stones… and see the 2 years separated by a dash. I would wonder what their lives were like in that period represented by the dash. The use of the dash in that situation is interesting, as our lives are a dash between birth and death. Is there one thing that makes the most difference in that dash? I think there is, and it would good for us to consider our new years review and "resolutions" in light of it! Acts 4:13 ESV "Now when they saw the boldness of Peter and John, and perceived that they were uneducated, common men, they were astonished. And they recognized that they had been with Jesus." Let us consider how we can spend more time in our connection with GOD this year.
