Rejection on overdrive is the name of the game. Refusals that don't make sense. Any which way they can get at you, they will. And they will try anything and everything. I learned to be stronger than them as a result, but it's lonely 'at the top,' as they say. At the top and over and above the bottom-of-the-barrel-mentalitied people. It's a losers game on their end, and they thought they won. So worth not being part of a group or herd mentality. Hive-minded, they are.
