On the Snow World level, both Animal Buddies (Orbs) are at the end of the stage. The Yeti is behind the house at the bottom right of the screen. Walk behind and you'll have them. The Yeti reduces Ice Damage and prevents you from becoming Frozen.

BiPolar Bear is at the exit of the level above, before entering the cave. Use the Horn and they will come out to you (sign will be in the background as well to show the Horn). BiPolar Bear will attack enemies or allies that are very low on health.
