Phoenix police are looking for a suspect in detective shooting

Phoenix Police Department is searching for an “armed and dangerous” suspect that allegedly shot a detective in the abdomen. Kenneth Hearne, the suspect, is wanted for a number of charges. Police were looking for him at a Downtown Phoenix apartment. He fled the area after opening fire on a detective. The police chief reported that the detective will survive.
