Dumbbell Bench Press with Rotation
1. Lie down on a flat bench or flat surface with a dumbbell in each hand resting on top of your thighs.
2. Use your chest to push the dumbbells up, while rotating the wrists and slowly lower dumbbells then rotate them by reversing your motion of your hands.
3. Light weights preferred for beginners.
*5 sets x 5 rounds
