Trump's Executive Order banning 'Bump Stocks' and putting them in the same category as "Machine Guns" has been ruled Unconstitutional! According to the language in the NFA; 'Semi-Auto' is defined as one bullet per action of the trigger. A 'Full-Auto' Machinegun fires more than 1 bullet per action of the trigger. Bump Stocks do not fire multiple rounds per action of the trigger, thus they do not change a "Semi-Auto" firearm into a "Full Auto" firearm.Show more

Trump's buttstock ban has been used by the ATF to ban the FRT trigger and put other triggers in their crosshairs. This ruling brings us closer to removing the legislation banning "faster firing" guns and hopefully inspires the people to challenge the Unconstitutional NFA itself.

Trump was WRONG to put forth this legislation and is no friend to gun owners. Trump also supported "Red Flag Laws" and was quoted as saying, "I believe in taking the guns first, due process later."

While there are MANY things I liked about Trump, his position on the 2nd Amendment wasn't one of them.
