The people defending Tate believe that only a video proof of the rape is definitive proof

The people defending Tate erronously believe that only a video proof is definitive proof. Like what, someone should film it, or that Tate is stupid enaugh to let anyone film it?:) These people clearly dont know that not only video proof of a rape is actual proof in a court of law. And if the rapist controls the setting, which is many times the case, than how can the victim get this video proof? From where? This video proof request is ridiculous but shows exactly how the islamist law behaves. What people dont understand is that Tate is not prosecuted by a distorted islamist law but by a real law with real procedures, evidence, rules, rights and logic.

Until now the judge got the rape accusation testimonial and said they need more context, proof in order to finalise the situation. The judges of course didnt say that only visual proof is real proof.
