New shelves! Whalen 5-tier metal shelves from Costco

I couldn't stand my old patchwork shelves. But I'm too poor to buy incredible barrister shelves. And I'm too inept to build custom shelves. So when I saw these Whalen 5-tier metal shelves at Costco for $95 I strongly considered getting one. When they went on sale for $75 I had to buy three.

One problem--one set of shelves was missing some pretty important parts. I tried to get the parts directly from Costco but they wouldn't get them for me. They told me I had to buy a new set and return the one with missing parts. Then they sold out of the shelves. I went back a few times (two hours round trip) with no luck. I ended up making my own (fingers-crossed) solution. Yes, the shelves were cheap, but I should get what I paid for.
