Corks was rescued through an organization called Dogs Without Borders. When they found him, he had severe scrapes on his belly underneath his legs. And it looked like he had either been dragged by a car or had severe chemical burns. He had to undergo a lot of physical healing that Dogs Without Borders provided for him. He was not a very nice or trusting dog at that time, who knows what he had gone through.

And so I fostered him through Dogs Without Borders, and he definitely had some behavioral issues, didn't want to trust anyone, was not always the nicest, but I could tell that it was just coming from fear and that he had a really good heart.

And once I gave him love and space to grow, now, he's just the sweetest, most cuddly best dog. After fostering him, I've since adopted him, along with my boyfriend who loves him so dearly. And now we're really just a happy little family and I'm so glad that Corks now has a place to call home.
