Over two years ago, we decided to go in on land together as a group of friends. It allowed us to not only get a larger slice of heaven but become more resilient, now that we were acting as a more coordinated group. That all sounds hunky dory but the reality is there are a lot of considerations that need to occur before going in on a group purchase.
