Trimming your Bamboo Many of our privacy bamboo plants can be cut or trimmed to any height. Once they are trimmed they do not grow any taller until you get new shoots. This makes maintaining your bamboo much easier. Trimming your bamboo bamboo is not necessary unless you want to maintain a certain height or look. In some cases instead of trimming the top, some customers just trim on the sides to trim your bamboo you can use any Loper or hedge trimmer. If you are trimming the tops, you might want to use a pole hedge trimmer with an extension that has a 90° swivel blade. Bamboo plants that stay around one inch in diameter are much easier to cut or trim then other larger varieties that grow bigger in diameter. Overall with minimal effort trimming your bamboo plants can give you that desire look and make an incredibly beautiful privacy barrier. Once you trim your bamboo plants and have them looking good don’t forget to throw solar spot lights on them.l It looks amazing. Ocoee Bamboo Farm 407-777-4807 Florida Bamboo Nursery #BambooTrimming
