Bartlesville Ok City Council Votes to Draft Ordinance regulating Drag Shows as Adult Entertainment

On January 4, 2023 Bartlesville City Council met and councilman Trevor Dorsey of Ward 5 made a motion to draft an ordinance defining and regulating adult entertainment.

Street preachers Rich Penkoski, David Grisham, and Jim Gilles showed up to preach the Pride event that was held in Bartlesville in September 2022 and exposed the grooming done at the pride event.
Drag queens grabbing their genitals in front of children, drag queens shaking their half naked rear needs in children’s faces.
The event was billed as “family friendly” but was anything but.
Rich Penkoski shared the video of the drag queens and the videos circulated the internet proving the family friendly narrative was a lie.

One of the protesters, Rich Penkoski, said their group, Warriors for Christ, travels the country protesting at similar events. He said they attended Bartlesville Pride at the invitation of a local church that reached out, asking them to come.

The message is this is wicked. This is evil. They’re doing it by choice,” Penkoski said.

“God sent Jesus Christ, His only son, to die on the cross so they don’t have to live like this. They can be free from sin, live holy and righteous and not go to Hell.”
