December 2022 BLS Jobs Report Analysis

Taking a peek under the hood so to speak of the "December 2022 BLS Jobs Report Analysis" and boy oh boy it's a MESS. Nothing making sense and I am very good with numbers and analyzing them. So they say we added 223,000 jobs but the number working rose by 717,000. How exactly does that work? Where did an extra 494,000 jobs come from?
