Is social media a black hole? I don't know. But I can tell you there have been more times than I'd care to count where I hop online to "just check something" only to end up scrolling for 45 minutes. The worst part? I couldn't even tell you any of what I'd just scrolled through. 45 minutes down the drain and for what? Phones are an incredible tool. But they are also dangerous. They can be a pacifier for your mind and if you're not careful, you're gonna wake up in 5 years in the exact same spot.
