Info from Licensor: "Incident started on Beach Road in Panama City Beach, Florida following a guy heading into Panama City. He crossed over the median. Once he got back into the lane, he went over the overpass heading towards Panama City Beach. He went over the Hathaway Bridge, clipped the side of the bridge, went down into Panama City, ran into a motel fence, did a U-turn, and went back towards Panama City Beach coming down the Hathaway Bridge. He might have those days off and he clipped the bridge. While following him and recording, I was calling all Police Departments trying to get somebody to intercept us, but he was moving so fast the officers could never locate us until he came back down the bridge."
