What is the BEST ANIMAL to Keep Through WINTER?

Before we moved from the Pacific Northwest I had plans of getting cattle. After some more research and after buying our land we actually settled on sheep for our farm. We thought they would be a better fit for the conditions. The land was a hay field with no infrastructure such as fences or barns. So rotational grazing with sheep electric netting fence is the direction we went. For us, the decision to go with sheep was such a good decision! Sheep are hardy and easy to care for!
