Whatcom county Washington saw federal and local mandates take many dedicated workers from their jobs. Dam Pham, an immigrant from Vietnam, drove school buses for the Ferndale School District until he was terminated due to not adhering to vaccine and testing mandates which singled out the unvaccinated - even though it's widely known that the vaxxed can also contract and spread the SARS CoV2 Virus.
