What are the most important functions of your body? Well, metabolism is one of them. Metabolism has to do with the process of "building" and "tearing down". Our bodies have master precursors we use to build other elements. Our bodies make these precursors during anabolism. Then we break down these precursors into needed and useful things during catabolism. We will discuss these important concepts and the "clock" your body uses to determine when to build and when to burn.
