Ingredients:

• 400 g cornstarch or milk biscuits
• 1 can (395 g) of condensed milk
• 2 boxes (200 g each) of table cream
• 50ml of strong coffee
• 1 tablespoon margarine or butter
• 200 ml (approximately) milk to soak the cookies
• 200 g milk or semisweet chocolate
• 30ml of rum essence
• 1 tablespoon 50 % cocoa chocolate (or cocoa)

Method:

In a pan, place the condensed milk, margarine and coffee, bring to a boil, stirring constantly, until it reaches the consistency of porridge. Turn off the heat, add 1 box of cream, stir until everything is incorporated and set aside.

Now in a bowl mix the milk with the rum and set aside.

On a platter make layers of cream and cookies dipped in milk, ending with the cookies. Take it to freeze until you make the ganache.

Melt the chocolate in the microwave and mix the cream, forming a ganache.

Remove from the fridge and spread the ganache over it and return to the fridge for like 3 hours.

When serving, sift a little chocolate powder over the top.
