When Lost Foam Casting Fails, but it's still Amazing! Molten Metal (Melting Aluminum)

Every lost foam casting doesn't come out perfect. Heck every casting doesn't come out perfect. Sometimes, even though the casting didn't come out. It's still Amazing! Lost foam casting is a little tricky, but usually pretty straight forward. When the foam is burning up and the molten metal is filling the void. You can't allow the molten metal to stop flowing. Or else the sand will collapse inward. That's exactly what happen ed here. Or at least I think that's what happened. Lost foam casting is fun and your options are practically endless.
