शिवसेनेचे माजी आमदार आर.एम. वाणी आज असते तर शिंदे गटाच्या आमदारांना बुटांने मारले असते आणि हीच लायकी राहिली आहे आणि राहणार आहे, असं वक्तव्य विधान परिषदेचे विरोधी पक्षनेते अंबादास दानवे यांनी केलंय. त्यांच्या या वक्तव्यावरून पुन्हा वाद पेटण्याची चिन्हं आहेत. वैजापूरचे माजी आमदार दिवंगत आर एम वाणी यांच्या पुण्यतिथी कार्यक्रमावेळी दानवे बोलत होते.
