PAPRIKA CHICKEN & CHORIZO WRAP

Ingredients:⁣⁣
120g raw chicken breast cut into small cubes⁣
1/2 tbsp paprika⁣
25g chorizo⁣
Small handful of red onion⁣
1 tbsp tomato purée⁣
1 wrap⁣⁣⁣
30g lightest cream cheese⁣
25g grated mozzarella⁣

Fry off the chicken coated in the paprika along with the chorizo and the onion in a pan with some frylight until cooked through, then add in your tomato purée and stir to coat.⁣
Tip it all into a bowl along with the cream cheese and mozzarella and mix it all together.⁣
Put the mix into the centre of the wrap, fold either side in and then roll it up.⁣
Add some more frylight to the pan you just used and pop the wrap in for a few minutes on each side or until crispy.⁣ I spread the remaining bit of mixture on top too for extra crispiness!
Leave to cool for 5 mins or so, then tuck in! 🙊⁣
