Megan Hess and her mother operated a funeral home in Montrose, Colorado and they also secretly sold body parts behind the scenes, for 8 years people who thought their loved ones were cremated costing 1,000 or more dollars found out that instead their body parts were sold and the ashes given to them were from a mix of strangers they had never met, Hess was sentenced to 20 years in prison; Koch was sentenced to 15 years
