After 3 days and 11 rounds of voting, Congress still unable to elect a House Speaker

The U.S. House of Representatives voted to adjourn after California Congressman Kevin McCarthy again came up short of the 218 votes needed to win the House Speaker position. The House held five more rounds of voting Thursday for an overall total of 11 rounds of voting. The House will reconvene to continue voting on Friday.
