So you want a Trijicon RMR (Ruggedized Miniture Reflex) sight on your pistol?  Or some forward cocking serrations?  Check your local Machine Shop...

Not wanting to pay the high price to have my Glock 17 slide modified, or wait the long lead time, I checked with a local machinist friend.  Armed with the two articles below, from Rifleshooter.com, and a schematic from Trijicon, I was able to have all the work done locally at a fair price with a fast turnaround.  So if you are in the market for some slide modifications, talk to your local machinist...

Here is Article 1 about RMR cuts: https://rifleshooter.com/2015/07/milling-a-glock-slide-for-a-trijicon-rmr/

And here is Article 2 about slide serrations: https://rifleshooter.com/2015/07/milling-front-cocking-serrations-on-a-glock-slide/

You can download the schematic for the Trijicon RMR here: https://kitbadger.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/09/RMR-Mounting.pdf
