Adjust the GHD foot plate so that when your laying on the pad your hips hang off and your arms are locked out or close to lockout if you are very tall. Start with your legs hanging down completely relaxed, lift both legs into the air using your lower back, glutes, and hamstrings and bring your chin towards the ceiling, extending the neck at the same time. Squeeze at the top in end range, before lowering the legs and head down simultaneously under control. When the legs are down, the head is down and vice versa.
Trainer Tip: If these become easy, strap on ankle weights or tie a band to the center of the GHD and put your ankles in it.
