Step through a looped resistance band so that your feet are about hip width apart. Grab the bands about hip width apart so there is some room to spread the band at the top. Starting with your hands in a front racked position in front of your chest, stretch the band towards the ceiling pressing it straight up and then slightly backward if you have the mobility. We want to avoid hitting our face with the band so the band will start in front of us and then on top of the head or behind the head at the top. Keep the abs tight to avoid excessive lower back arching.
