Standing Band Tricep Extensions

Step through a looped resistance band so that your feet are about hip width apart or closer. Grab the bands with a close grip and bring the band over your head keeping the elbows high and in. With your palms facing forward, extend the elbows until the hands are over your head. Keep the lats stretched, elbows high and abs tight to avoid excessive lower back arching.
