1. You reach rock bottom when you stop digging
2. I have a lot of emotions inside that I was not aware of
3. I was really good at hiding it
4. I realize that I am pretty incredible (what could I do with an extra 3 or 4 hours in a day?)
5. Alcohol does not make me a better person, or a better anything
6. People appreciate transparent leadership
7. Trust is easy to destroy and much harder to rebuild
8. Your course of action will change when the pain of the current reality that you put yourself in is greater than the struggle of change
9. I’ve allowed the spirit of God back in my life
