Dowsing for Buried Electrical and Water Lines

This is something I learned about many years ago. You can find all kinds of things with pretty decent accuracy after a little practice. As I said in the video. Make sure you know where you’re digging as always. If there’s a warning sign obey it. This works when looking for buried PVC and ABS water pipes and the occasional brick. I wouldn’t be surprised if you could use it to locate land-mines. Mine are made out of copper line that is about 3/16 inches in diameter 30 inches long with a ninety degree handle that is around eight inches long. I place the handle in a small section of PVC tubing. That allows it to swing freely. Put the rods out in front of you and walk holding the rods ;level with the ground. When crossing over a line the rods will indicate the orientation of the line in the soil or simply cross over an object that’s buried and nonlinear. I showed this to a friend, and they had themselves set up with their own set in two hours after trying it. They were floored
