The Help America Vote Act will Help America Vote Again!

American Voters have a Right to file a Title III Help America Vote Act Administrative Complaint with their Secretary of State if they believe a violation has occured, is occuring or will occur in an Election that is using a machine based tabulation system.

The Help America Vote Act of 2002 (HAVA) was enacted to establish minimum election administration standards for States and units of local government with responsibility for the administration of Federal elections, and for other purposes.

Basically, the State has accepted money from the Federal goverment and has agreed to comply with the minimum requirements included in Title III of HAVA and they have not.

The tables are turned. The State must prove that they are in compliance. You do not need to prove that they are not in compliance. The
