45-Minute Total Body HIIT Workout | 4.25.22

This total body high intensity interval workout is designed to HIIT all the major muscle groups and guaranteed to make ya sweat! You may want 2 sets of weights: light and medium (I am using 5's and 10's today) , a mini-band, and a yoga mat. However, you don't need to have equipment to have a successful workout; training shoes are optional and prescribed jumping can always be modified for low to no impact. A brief warm up and cool down are included in this video.
