'Border is not open' -DHS chief on new immigration curbs

The United States will use Trump-era restrictions to rapidly expel Cuban, Nicaraguan and Haitian migrants caught illegally crossing the U.S.-Mexico border, Homeland Security chief Alejandro Mayorkas explained on Thursday (January 5).
