Rabbi Amnon Yitzchak answers an important question

At a recent event Rabbi Amnon Yitzchak was asked:

We know every death and sickness is from Hashem but we are seeing an evil plan today by humans who think they are gods. Those who died or are sick now because of the 💉...would that have happened even if there were no 💉because it's part of Hashem's plan? do we have a choice in our destiny or is it preordained and they would have died another way?
