M A C R O S (per sandwich - makes 2):

I N G R E D I E N T S (makes 2 melts)
**NOTE: These are the brands I used, but substitute with what you can find at your local grocery store as needed**
-2 Hoagie Rolls (use your favorite)
-2 4oz Good & Gather Chuck Tender Steaks
-2 Slices Good & Gather Mild Cheddar Cheese (Reduced Fat)
-1 oz sliced White Onion
-4 Tsp Horseradish Mustard
I N S T R U C T I O N S
1. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat.
2. Toast roll(s) until golden brown on each side (approximately 2 min per side).
3. Season steak(s) with salt/pepper and cook for 3 minutes per side.
TIP: Remove steaks from refrigerator and let sit for 5-10 minutes before cooking to help them cook evenly.
4. During the final minute of cooking the steak(s), place cheese on top to melt.
5. Remove steak(s) from pan and cook onion until some (approximately 5-10 minutes).
6. Add onions and horseradish mustard to steak(s) to build melt(s).
