How to Make Reactive Targets

So the instructor said, "2 Rounds," so I shot 2 rounds...  How do we get away from this mentality when we move away from the range?  Truth be told, we have no idea how many rounds it will take to incapacitate a threat, whether it is 1 or 21.

Through the use of reactive targets, we are able to set up, wait for it...  Targets that React appropriately when shot.  We do this using condoms, or better yet, party balloons.  In this video I will take you through how to make reactive targets for your next outing to the range or the kill house.  Pistol or rifle, these targets will reinforce good shooting habits; shooting till the threat stops.  (Shotguns will wear them out.  Fast.)
