Former Principal Sued for Shoving Student: Complaint
A former school principal in California, who faces a misdemeanor charge for pushing a student with special needs, is now being sued by the child’s family. Online court records show Brian Vollhardt is criminally charged with one count of child abuse and endangerment in connection with the June 2022 incident. He has pleaded not guilty. Video from inside the school cafeteria shows the student apparently getting upset and pointing at Vollhardt. Inside Edition Digital’s Mara Montalbano has more.
