Why and How to get Bigger (Building Muscle for skinny or fat guys)

It's important you start your fitness journey as soon as possible, stop letting time slip by. Buying the right foods is as essential if not more, than the workouts you do. I will cover all that next week but if you can't wait here is (was) my avg day diet:
- 3 eggs omellette with onions n tomatoes
- 3 bananas smoothie with pb, beetroot, oats, milk, olive oil and yogurt
- rice and chicken
- Tuna sandwhich
- roast chicken and potatoes.
- Dates as a snack at random times.

Gym memberships vs buying home equipment will be discussed next time along with if I used creatine, protein powder and other supplements.

Hopefully in a year or less you would have achieved a much stronger and capable body
